FAQs

Sizing - All sizes are regular SA sizes please leave us a message if you have any queries. 

Exchanges - We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us (please make sure this falls in a week period from receiving it 7 days) and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account. Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged. 

Shipping - Orders will be 7-10 working days delivery with Dawn Wing couriers. Please make sure to get in touch for overnight deliveries and make sure it’s before 12 midday. All preorders can be up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please check that when shopping with us!
